If this was a solid business I could write an official complaint and take further action, however the research I have done on this company warrants no more than feedback on a 'review'. I viewed a property this afternoon at All Saints Place, Bromsgrove. The agent that showed me around was awful to say the least! Not only did I barely have 10 minutes to actually look around the place but he also made me feel very belittled and patronised throughout the 10 minutes of viewing time. I am a landlord myself and work for a housing organisation, so am fully aware of the procedure when renting out a property, yet when I advised the estate agent that I was looking to rent my home with a view to moving closer to my family, he immediately patronised me. He 'advised' in a condescending way, perhaps you should research what you will be required to do prior to renting your home and viewing other properties. I.E. Don't waste my time! I do not need to research this, I do not need to be patronised. I was merely viewing a rental property with the excitement of potentianlly finding a home close to my family. There are other complaints I could make about the viewing but a 'review' doesn't give me long enough. The bare facts are: Based on my experience today its safe to say, I will never use Adam and Creed and will do my best to ensure nobody else does either!
